Shipping questions: our books are shipped by a commercial firm specializing in this work. We can usually provide a UPS tracking number for commercial shipments, but individual orders are normally sent via U.S. Postal Service mail, which means packages cannot be tracked and delivery dates cannot be estimated. But if an order seems to be overdue, please call us and we will look into the situation.
